VIBE 2024 Conference Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the VIBE 2024 Conference, the premier event for the Vitamin Infusion Business Expo. By registering for this conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservation Process:

  • VIBE Attendees are required to reserve their spot for the conference by August 15, 2024
  • A discounted room block is available on the VIBE website. (Attendees are not required to stay at conference venue)
  • Payment Link for VIBE Attendees will be sent upon receipt of registration form.
  • Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received

Early Bird Pricing:

  • Early Bird Pricing for VIBE ends July 15, 2024
  • VIBE Pricing will change to $1500 per person for registrations after July 15, 2024

No-Show Policy:

  • VIBE Attendees who fail to cancel their reservation in writing at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date will be considered as "no-shows."
  • In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
  • Exceptions to the no-show fee may be considered by the conference organizers in extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable conflicts.
  • Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the conference organizer and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers.
  • To cancel a reservation, VIBE attendees must provide written notice of cancellation (with reply from conference organizer) at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent to the conference organizer via email.

Refund Policy

  • VIBE Attendees who cancel their reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy will not incur any charges.

Full Refund Policy:

  • Attendees may receive a full refund of their registration fee if they cancel their participation within 30 days before the event
  • This may include a deduction for any administrative fees or processing charges incurred by the organizer.

Partial Refund Policy:

  • Attendees may receive a partial refund of 50% of their registration fee if they cancel their participation within 2-weeks before the event
  • The partial refund may be subject to deductions for administrative fees, processing charges, or non-refundable deposits.

No Refund Policy:

  • Attendees will receive no-refund if cancellation occurs 2 weeks or less before the event.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as force majeure events or emergencies.

Transfer Policy:

  • Instead of issuing refunds, attendees may transfer their registration to another individual with pre-approval by the conference organizers.
  • Transfers may be subject to administrative fees or processing charges.
  • Substitutions of registered attendees may be permitted with prior approval from the conference organizers.

A Reminder: This event is for owners and area representatives only. If you are planning on bringing someone who does not fall into that category, there is a $500 fee for them to attend, and due to space considerations, we cannot guarantee they will be able to attend all events.
